Activity Registry

The NextGate Activity Registry offers a method to track, relate, and correlate data from across platforms and time spans in order to monitor the status and lifecycle of an event. The registry captures and indexes data that have been identified as part of a transaction or event, and creates an “end-to-end” lifecycle view. Data originating from any application, system, or entity can be tracked, aggregated, and correlated to other records within the registry. By linking together data from disparate systems and time periods, a “broad view” of the event can be developed.

In a health care setting, the Activity Registry creates solutions that are a composite of multiple steps from various systems.

• Encounter Registry – link encounter and visit data (from any provider) with a patient ID to see activity across the system
• Transition of Care – track the completion of discharge steps and generate more complete notes for the next care provider
• Clinical Studies – determine candidacy, and relate costs to outcomes
• Compliance Monitor – identify when protocols are breached and by which user
