NextGate partners Orion Health and Covisint Announce New HIE Wins
An EMPI and Provider Registry are important cogs of an overall HIE solution, and the NextGate EMPI and Provider Registry are used by several partners to fulfill this important requirement in their HIE solutions. Two of these partners recently announced new HIE wins.
Orion Health will be delivering a Regional Health Information Exchange for the North Texas Accountable Healthcare Partnership that will connect 12,000 physicians with patient information for nearly 7 million residents enabling more cost effective medical care benefiting the providers and patients.
Covisint announced that Southeast Michigan Beacon Community will aggregate regional health information into a comprehensive patient record using their accountable care technology. With the new solution, BeaconLink2Health, physicians will have trusted and secure access to patient health records.
