SIH encompasses three hospitals and sixteen other clinics/centers and obtaining a patient centric view across facilities is critical to delivering quality patient care. SIH identified a need to replace its existing EMPI solution to obtain leading edge functionality at a reasonable price, to both meet its current single patient view needs and position it for future HIE initiatives. After careful review of the offerings in the market, it selected MatchMetrix 7 EMPI Suite as its patient matching solution.
